Prettiest 4 year old...

Because Ellie took a Latin ballroom class this summer, she got to come to my house once a week and sleep over, then hang out with me all day until her dad went home from work. I kept promising Tess that she could come for a sleepover sometime, too, but the summer stayed so busy that we almost ran out of time! After Katie McNeil's bridal shower in Peoa on yesterday, I brought Tess home with me. This morning we swam in the pool, watched Dora, and played on the playground before her mom came to get her. I love this girl, and I think she's just about the prettiest thing I've ever seen.

Well I must agree at how pretty she is! I'm sure she thought it was very special to get to come to your house, since Ellie has done that all summer long. She is not only physically beautiful, but she is beautiful acting. I love that girl too (along with Ellie and Mia)!!! Love, Grandma

How lucky you are to get to go on yet another vacation! It sounds like lots of fun to go with friends and just play and have fun! Good for you!

Those are fantastic pictures of Tess. She is absolutely gorgeous. As far as your newly planned vacation...truly speechless.

Allen, I'm hoping you're not speechless in a, "you guys are truly idiots" type of way. Only because I know your feelings on spending money taking vacations...

That is not how "speechless" was intended. And now you made me lose a bet because Patrice said that is how it sounds and I said that it wouldn't be taken that way. Speechless as in I don't even know what to say about all those vacations. You and Noah are giving Mom and Dad a run for their money. It sounds like you guys will have a great time!

She is definitely the prettiest 4 year old I know! She is lucky to have such a fun aunt! I am jealous of your vacation--cruises are so much fun.

Well I am sure that I am a little one sided but at this point and time I do not know any other four year old who is as lovable!!! She is so fun to be around and she is a loving person. I can't wait to spend this year with her before she goes to school. Thanks Auntie Giselle for making her feel so special!! I would love to hitch a ride in your suitcase. You deserve it. Just get those vacations in before the babies come.

Allen, thank you for the clarification...and thank you for your comments! I really think if you knew how inexpensively we were doing this cruise, even you would agree that it was something we couldn't refuse! We'd love to plan one with you guys before the babies start coming!!!

Billie Jo--hitching a ride might be easier this time around...considering that the last vacation we took we each carried only a backpack! Although Noah informs me he enjoyed it so much that's probably what he'll do again. I'm sure I'll take a suitcase so I can carry his suit and my nice dress, though...

We, as the only other non-baby couple siblings, would love to go on vacation with you guys. However, good luck getting Patrice on a cruise ship. She is afraid of being completely surrounded by water. I guess you have not been fortunate enough to see her demonstrate her only swimming stroke - doggie paddle.

Okay...so a cruise is out I guess. But I'm sure we can think of something else fun. But you can tell her Noah is a good enough swimmer to carry himself and her in case of any danger!

I totally want to see a demo of her doggy paddle!

I have a wonderful idea, you guys should start a blog(since you're the ONLY members of the family without one) and post pictures of things like that on there! I know how computer savvy you are, and you may actually be voted best blogger if you would get on the bandwagon and do it!

Oh my! I am laughing so hard at this one. It is like sitting listening to you kids talk to each other in person! Allen, I am glad you clarified, as well, as I thought I could just see the disgust in on your face! I am happy to hear that you are happy for your sister. Despite Patrice only knowing the "doggie paddle," maybe you two should hurry and get in on the plan. Truly, you just can't do these things once a baby comes along and we are hope to have you two produce within the next year! Patrice - I promise you - you would not drown and have to try and use the doggie paddle. You two would love it!!! Should we get a poll up to see whether you two should add on to the group? My vote is GO!!!!

OH NO NO NO. We CANNOT go on a cruise. Deathly terrified is what I would be the entire time. Plus... I think cruises are for hot young dancing couples (Giselle/Noah), not couples who the most exercise they get is finding the remote at night. (Hence the reason we don't have a blog. It would be full of various pictures of us watching tv in our pj's. Or maybe we could slip in a few pics of me getting the mail or grocery shopping.) Unfortunately we are too boring to blog.

Puh-Trice (pronounce as in puh-lease)...I have several responses for you. #1-Cruises are not scary! If you didn't look out the windows at dinner time, you probably wouldn't even know you were on a ship! #2-Cruises are DEFINITELY for people who like to sit around and relax, not for hot/young dancing couples. In fact, when hot/young dancing couples go on cruises, they find themselves sitting around, eating amazing food (including midnight buffets), lounging by the pool on deck, and seeing some beautiful places! #3-The only dancing we even did on the cruise were the 3 BEGINNING salsa steps that were taught on board to us and everyone else. And finally, #4-If you went on a cruise, YOU WOULD HAVE SOMETHING TO BLOG!

Amen!!! The private poll that I took was 100% that Allen and Patrice SHOULD GO ON THE CRUISE WITH NOAH AND GISELLE and quit sitting around in front of the TV!

Hey, no fair. I only have internet access once a week and cannot get in on the banter! First off, Tess IS beautiful. She is also sweet and tender. I LOVE that mom keeps reminding me that Tess reminds her of ME! Second, I wonder why no one is offering to have Rick and I go on a cruise too! What, people over 30 aren't "hip" enough to go with you young bucks? I know we have two kids, but according to our blog soooooo many people love our boys so much I am sure that we could find some babysitter (any offers?). Patrice, you can come practice swimming in our pool whenever you want. Also, Clark County offers many swimming classes. Maybe you and Luke could be classmates!

Olivia, you are more than welcome to come on a cruise with us. In fact, we should plan a sibling cruise sometime!!! For real, the cruise itself is the most fun part--it doesn't even really matter where you go! There are really cheap cruises out of California that we could do over a weekend sometime! Think about it!

I agree 100% that she is the cuttiest little girl I have ever seen
