Christmas Break

Christmas break was, of course, fun and full of exciting things to do...Noah and I went snowboarding twice during the break with the Rasheta family at Sundance, as well as sledding in Provo. My entire McNeil family visited my parents in Woodland, and on the Rasheta side, Nik and Anissa and kids came for a couple weeks, Dak and Tara popped in after Christmas, Tere's brother Frank and his kids Roberto and Ana Patricia came, and Noah's best friend Jorge and his wife Anel came to stay with us! It was quite the marathon event!

Sadly, I did a poor job of keeping our camera with us, but we did get a few shots on Christmas Eve and during DDR at our house.Noah with Olivia (this was the biggest smile I could get out of her!! :)

Tere carrying on the Mexican tradition of rocking the baby Jesus with a song before putting him in the manger. Of course Nik and Noah were busting a gut because they couldn't remember the song!

Olivia putting the baby Jesus figurine in the manger...

Anissa and I in our matching p.j.s from Lary and Tere...

Nik and Kevin competing at Dance Dance Revolution at our house...
We were happy to hang out and play DDR and cards with Nik, Anissa, Kevin, Jorge, Anel, Roberto, Ana, and Patrick all night.

Stay tuned for New Year's Resolutions!

Its about time! Sounds like you all had a blast, and have some fun new traditions to do with your own little family. Is your "condition" resolving, or do I need to rent you a room at the hospital? I'm dead serious. Please let me know. And, I may just bring the shoes up when we come the first week of Feb--and I promise we will pay you the money we owe you soon:( Sorry!

Hey, we had a great time. It was a marathon and we all survived with some great memories to keep forever. If I ever get a minute I will post on my blog to. Congrats about your scholarship.

Giselle, I am glad that you got to go snowboarding with someone as nice and patient as Noah. I still feel horrible about how mean I was when I was trying to teach you how. I hope that my work on your sweet snowboard made up for it in some small part. Sorry for being such a mean snowboarding teacher all those years ago. You are such a sweet and loving sister.

Hope you are feeling better. It looks like you had a great Christmas... After seeing the picture of your tree with all the presents under it I was wishing I was spending Christmas with you. It was fun to see pictures of your husbands family but where are the ones with yours???

Like I said...I was a bum with remembering my camera. Plus, we were only with my family twice over the break, and spent the majority of the time in Orem...so the two times I did remember my camera, we were with Noah's family...silly me!

No New Year's Resolutions? We haven't quite gotten to that either... Perhaps an end to procrastination should be first on our (Patrice & Allen's)list. It's ok, one thing at a time, I might be done taking Christmas down early next week.
