The Helicopter Ride

I told Nik that for his birthday present I would take him up for a ride in the helicopter. This morning he got his present and I took him on a 45 min helicopter ride. He was able to film several clips of the ride so I put together a little video showing what it was like. I'm so glad I finally have video footage of me flying a helicopter and I'm even more glad that I finally got to take my brother up for a ride!

Woo hoo! We've been talking about you getting some video of you flying forEVER! It's so awesome that you did that for Nik for his birthday (although I'm sure you enjoyed it just as much), and great that he was able to get such great footage throughout the flight. You are my real pilot!

The vid isn't working too well on our computer, so I'll have to try it again later at work, but I'll bet it was amazing for you both! I would love to fly in a helicopter! How awesome your job is! What a great birthday present!

The video isn't working on my computer either. I am going to have to try it on a different computer, but I think I am going to like it once I can see it without all the mini-second breaks. I'll try again and I do think it is wonderful to share something that you love with someone that you love!

Hey - I watched the video on my computer at school and it is awesome! It was fun to see all the farm ground surround the city. I really couldn't imagine where that hill was -- is it north east of the City? Thanks for sharing -- it was great!

I'm glad you like it Billie Sue, you would love the views from up there! That was all south of our house a few miles south there are some mountains and a lot of farm land.

How awesome. I can't say that I would love it because I am sure that I would be SICK, but it sure looks cool. What a fun time with your brother. Keep up the good work.
