This is how my hair was when Mia was born. It was long, but still manageable. My hair is no longer manageable. It is disgusting, and I never ever ever do it. I've been growing my hair out for 3.5 years trying to get it to this length, and now I HATE it...
Please vote on the poll as to whether or not I should cut my hair. It will still be long, but I will no longer look like a witch, have the ends of my hair break off from being wrapped up in a bun to dance, have sweat drip of my hair when I work out, or pull out hair when it gets stuck under my arm when I'm laying down.
What do you think???

No No and No! This is coming from a person who cannot get hair to grow that long. I understand about the ponytail thing and bun. When I do get my hair to a longer stage of short I just put it in a ponytail or the good old slicky bun! You are beautiful no matter what you do with your hair.
Yeah....even though I voted for you to cut your hair, I think your hair looks great no matter what. The only reason I voted yes is because once a woman decides she needs to do something with her hair -- it becomes an OBSESSION!!! Your hair is great and so are you
!
I hate to tell you, but the hair under your arm should be shaved...not cut when it reaches a certain length.
Maybe a couple of inches will make all the difference to you and you will still have long hair. I can relate though. For years I grow my hair out long then go through what you are and drastically chop it all off and a month later start growing back out. Which I decided to do again!! You hair is so pretty even in a ponytail because you can have those rich colors. I am so jealous!

I think getting a haircut always feels so great...even if it is just a little! You are so cute no matter what! Do...what you want...cause it will always grow back!
Thank you thank you everyone! I appreciate your comments and support..I'm going to do it!
Allen--ha ha. Funny as always. I'm going to take my long armpit hair and strangle you the next time I see you!
I think I must have totally missed the voting yesterday. But I will still put my comment. I love your hair long... it is beautiful... unlike mine when it is long. So if you just want a trim, then ok, (I mean you really convinced me that your hair must be horrible with your post.) However, your hair always looks good to me, so maybe if you just trim off what you don't like, then you will feel better. BUT I LOVE IT ALWAYS NO MATTER WHAT!
I totally understand your frustration with your hair. I am at the same point with mine, and have resisted for the last 8 months to cut it off--as most pregnant people chop their hair off at some point in their pregnancy. I think maybe even adding a few layers or trimming bangs will maybe make a big difference. I am going to get mine done in about two weeks and I definitely need some advice too! I don't think you should go too short, however!
Cut it! Hair always grows back. What fun is life if you never make changes?
Tortilla soup, definitley. Its a much safer choice, given who I married and his dislike for desserts, or anything that resembles jello!
